Commemorative Medal, SS.MANIPUR Sunk by Enemy Action, 1940. U-57 Erich Topp.

Apparently produced by the ships owners and given out to crew and casualty family members who where aboard the Manipur in 1940, part of convoy HX-55A, when it was sunk off the coast of Scotland by U-57, commanded by the U Boat ace Erich Topp. I would say the condition is very good.  read more

Super jewelers produced example of RAF sweetheart wings inscribed on the back....HI-TOOTS-17.3.44, RENNIE. Wings measure just over 2.5 inches. If you wanted just one example i would say then this would be the one with this perfect sentiment on the back!!  read more

Purchased both these items yesterday from a ''walk in'' at my local flee market. The bayonet has seen better days as i mentioned to the seller who told me he remembered his Grandfather always using it to break up coal in the back coal shed, his grandfather apparently brought it back from France! Vintage Italian M29 San Marco Tele Mimiteco Camouflage Paratroopers Trousers.

This pair is in very nice clean condition with both Suspenders intact and all buttons. The camouflage color is strong with little wear, all seams tight and all press snap studs working.
