WW1 Royal Flying Corps Clock Barometer Souvenir.
Sweet RFC souvenir made from what might be aircraft scrap, cut and and some filling into the shape of an RFC member wearing the maternity jacket, with a French made clock barometer. No numbers or stamps found to the body rear and surprisingly the barometer fits in perfectly. All this then mounted on a wooden base. Barometer glass has a crack! read more

A very nice set of 7x50 KM binoculars marked with the factory code ''beh'' (Ernst Leitz GmbH, Wetzlar) and code number 464445. This set comes with the bottom and mid section rubber armour but for some reason the top section including eye cups have been removed. From what i can gather, FFoulkes signed his Apprentice Indenture with the Atlantic Shipping and Trading Company Ltd in 1940 serving on his first ship SS.Hadleigh. Nice grouping relating to either a Norwegian or Danish sailor who served in the Mercantile Marine during WW1. Both medals found with the papers packets and his ribbon bar. Name around the rim..
