A nice well used RN ratings cap with cap tally for use on the RNAS Lee-on-Solent, HMS Daedalus. Its been blancoed in white numerous times of its history with some ending up to the lining inside. The tally with ''full stop'' is complete but a bit dirty and ends with a nice tight naval knot. WW1 3/Monmouthshire Regiment Paperwork Group.
Small grouping that belonged to a George Lewis from Abergavenney who served with the 3rd Monmouthshire Regiment. According to his paybook he joined at the age of 14 on 8.3.12 served in France from 1917 and was found no longer physically fit, he had a gun shot to his leg but no evidence of when this happened. In very nice complete condition with a very nice pin up to the back, cards are produced by the US Playing Card Company with the Joker being dated 1944. One card has a short message to the serving soldier. read more
French M35 Tank/Armoured Crew Helmet.
In good allround condition with a good amount of its green finish remaining after what appears to be a clean, nice frontal badge. The leather front padding is complete with some cracking. The inside has a complete liner system with full chinstrap, couple of tounges have damage. read more

Just the shell this time with nearly all its white finish remaining, nice period red cross emblem and the letters CRF to the front. Very nice display item and would be great with a British WW1 nurses display etc. read more
