1942 Dated Other Services Water Bottle and Carrier.

As used by cavalry and artillery forces and donated as ''other services, the leather is stamped with details and a 1942 date. The water bottle appears WW1 vintage blue enamel type with black felt cover. Condition of the carrier and strap is very good with no issues i can see. The set has always been together with the felt cover having some moth damage.  read more

British Military Ammo Boots, Size 10, 1946.

I previously listed an unmarked pair of ammo boots that belonged to a former member of the Grenadier Guards who served from 1945. This is the second pair i purchased from the family being a 1946 dated set. As for condition i would say they are very good with supple leather, WD stamps to the ankle area and a clear 1946 date to the inside.  read more

1939 Dated Black Rescue Helmet.

Nice untouched example with over 95% of its factory black finish, inside and out. The first pattern liner is in nice condition with a clear 1939 date. Owner has penciled his initials to the inside skirt.  read more

Helmet received a nice hand painted dull grey finish over the horizon factory blue as seen with many of these WW1 examples. WW2 British Army Windproof Trousers Drab.

Nice used pair of drab windproof trousers , same design and gabardine material as the camo examples. Trousers have some fading from use but all stitching tight with no snags or tears. Front pocket button present but front tie chord to the waist is missing. The color is not the ''salt and Pepper'' type but a orange tint drab. 1944 Dated U.S.Army Canteen.

Found in a local shed and in need of a clean is the full US canteen rig. Both closing snaps work but are a bit tough to open, rear of the canvas has faint makers details and date. The canteen is in much better condition and has a clear 44 date. As for the cup, well its going to need a wire brush on the handle but should come up without too much work.
