British 1936 Khaisora Operation Light Tank Corps Photo Album.

Most probably put together by a member of the British light tank company who took part in the second operation into the Khaisora valley, December 1936, to suppress resistance by the Tori Khel tribesmen. Most photographs are interesting with lots of Valentine tanks and armoured cars including tribal members from the area. There are over 120 period photos with most solidly held into the pages. The album is in nice condition except for the last couple of pages and cover that appears to have suffered damp problems resulting in a couple of photos with damage. Three photos are missing. Album measures 12 X 9.5 inches.
