Rare British RAF H.T.L. 1960's Cockpit Stopwatch. Heuer Monte-Carlo.

This example is found in used condition with some loss of its black finish to the outer body, numerous small scratches to the domed acrylic crystal cover but no chips or cracks. The side of the watch has engraved markings and number codes with broad arrow with the letter H.T.L. that likely stand for Heuer Time Ltd the Uk distributor for Heuer. Both inner dials have there finish but some rust bleed can be seen coming through, all Arabic numerals have all there luminous finish. This example does not have the Heuer makers details to the front but a circled ''T''. The resetting pusher works fine as does the top winder and starting button. The back has all three screws with the side missing one and the remains of a velcro type tape for securing. Watch does appear to work fine, ive had it running for a few hours without a problem.Sometimes the resetting button needs pushing a couple of times for the seconds hand to return to zero. So here im selling a used, not abused rare RAF stopwatch that works fine but im sure could do with a clean inside and if wishing to bring back to its glory a strip and new finish. These do seem to be expensive items to purchase ranching at the top end at £2000's down to just under a grand. This example is nowhere near that extreme!
