The actual Wurttemberg front plate might well be an earlier example has it has super detail and might well have been reused during the period, please note the two rivets to the front shield. Leather body has has a number of repairs the most obviously a restored front peak , old restoration for sure. Nice crazing to the back skirt. Chinstrap is a thin leather wartime example, again with an old repair, both cockades are replacements. The inside leather liner has had a coat of saddle soap or the like with replace back stitching. This is not an untouched example for sure but in my opinion its in its period configuration with some restoration. Its displays very well and perfect for a collector on a budget or starting out.
