Royal Naval CF25X7 Barr&Stroud Binoculars with Rain Covers.

A used set of Bar and Stroud binoculars that are in good condition with the body having most of its period factory finish, both large yellow broad arrows have been painted over. There are numerous markings to both end caps and body including two different patent dates, 1934 and 1940. The serial number is 40492M. Now for the optics, one side is perfect with clear lenses that have sharp focus and all three different colour lenses working fine. The left hand side has some loose lenses, sometimes there fine but a slight movment and they move again, can clearly be heard when moving the binoculars so they need a service. The rain shrouds to the front are both in fine working condition, also included is the period leather neck strap. These where found in an old battered bino case and it does have a lid somewhere so thats how i will send them out.
